Removal or Alteration of Your Personal Information
If you provide the Company written notice of a request to remove your Personal Information from the Company’s records, the Company will endeavor to remove it as quickly as possible. You understand that any such removal is only intended to result in the removal of its Personal Information from the Company’s own records, but will not result in, nor will such request create an expectation of, any removal of any information about you from other available sources. If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, during the preceding calendar year.
